Do you sell to the public?
While most of our business is “to the trades”, we do sell to the public.
Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we have a showroom, and our staff are available to assist you with your selections.
Will you measure my job?
Typically, your contractor will measure your project and either order for you or provide your shopping list. Under certain circumstances, we will measure full homes, and new construction. Please check with us.
Do you install?
No, we are suppliers only, but we can direct you to an installer, carpenter or builder depending on your needs.
Do you deliver?
Yes, depending on the size of the order and the destination, we can deliver. Delivery charges may apply.
When can I pick up my order?
Orders are available for pickup between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and may be placed in-person, by phone or by email. If you call or email us, we can have your order ready when you arrive.
How do I pay for my order?
To keep our costs to a minimum and pass our savings along, we only accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer.
Can I return leftover material?
Yes, you may return materials that are in their original condition. The product cannot be primed, painted, cut, machined, scratched, scuffed, soiled, or water damaged. Any materials that are special-order are not eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer pre-painted doors and trim?
Some doors and trim profiles are readily available pre-finished in Polar White. Others by special order. Custom colours are currently not available.
Do you stock pre-hung doors?
No, every pre-hung door we sell is custom made to meet your unique requirements. With the vast mix of height, width, model, swing, jamb size and hinge colour we cannot stock every combination. We special-order from our supplier, and they typically take 1-2 weeks to arrive if the door is available.
Do you have barn doors?
While almost any door can function as a barn door, we do offer some classic and contemporary barn door styles and all the necessary hardware for single, converging, or by-passing installations. All barn doors are typically oversized and overlap the door opening.
Can I get a French Door?
Yes, we sell French doors in a variety of contemporary and traditional styles, with glass options to provide privacy, separation, design interest, or light flow.
Do you offer custom doors?
Yes, we offer custom doors in a variety of sizes, designs, species, panels, glass, and sticking options. Please contact us to complete your dream.
Do you sell exterior doors?
We specialize in interior doors but offer a limited selection of quick-ship exterior doors for wine rooms and fruit cellars.
Do you sell fire rated doors?
We offer custom made fire doors to match many of our interior doors. They are available for 20-, 45-, 60- or 90-minute durations and arrive machined and certified. Please check with your local building official to determine your specific requirements.
Do you sell stair parts?
We do not stock stair parts but have a selection of material available from Alexandria Moulding.
